Product availability and purchases

Disk Pro is in preparation. Website pricing is planned and is not an offer to purchase. When available, Apple will process purchases, regional pricing and refunds under its applicable terms.

Software licensing

Disk Pro incorporates upstream code by adileo and contributors under AGPL-3.0-only. These website terms do not remove rights granted by upstream or dependency licenses. Mac App Store distribution clearance remains outstanding. The Apple standard EULA is linked for reference; its inclusion does not override open-source rights or resolve licensing clearance. The corresponding-source distribution arrangement must be completed before launch.

Use with care

Disk Pro is a storage analysis and cleanup utility. Review selections before cleanup and keep independent backups. Permanent deletion has no undo. Storage estimates and permission-limited scans may be incomplete. No guaranteed amount of free space or forensic erasure is promised.

Disk Pro branding is supplied by Stackwares. Third-party marks belong to their owners. The website is provided as available; to the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
